What can you expect?
At your first consultation, your consultant conducts a comprehensive health check to identify what your health & fitness goals are, and identify any injuries. We set baseline measurements of strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, and flexibility. Your current exercise and diet behavior are explored and from these assessments your personal health profile is prepared with recommendations for improving your health & fitness.
A detailed exercise plan is designed specifically for you. The plan takes into account your current levels of fitness, previous injuries and illnesses, budget and most importantly your time schedule.
Then, your Fitness Professional is there with you every step of the way to ensure that you stay motivated and are exercising effectively and safely.
Your Fitness Professional is available when you need them, Monday to Friday from
6:00am to 8:00pm or Saturday 7:00am to 1:00pm, Private Studio Training.
